To Report A School Absence
Call 850-6520

You must call 850-6520 when your child is ill or will not be in school for any other reason. We worry when your child has not arrived at school. Our health aide will record the absence. When your child returns to school after any absence, it is necessary that a note be sent to the teacher explaining why the child was absent. Requests for homework can be called in to the Health Room.

Kroger Plus Cards

How to Register & Link Your Kroger Plus Card to TRE

  1. Type www.krogercommunityrewards.com into browser
  2. Select your state- OH
  3. Scroll down and click on “Enroll”
  4. Click on “Sign up Today” under new customer section on right
  5. Enter in your zip code and then click “Find”
  6. Click blue select button next to your preferred store. When done properly, the next page will have a Preferred Store box with the name of your store inside. This is for informational purposes only, any shopping done inside the division will still go towards your organization.
  7. Just below the Preferred Store box you will need to Enter in your personal email and a password that you will use to access your account.
  8. Click on “Confirm”
  9. Check box for agreement and click on “Confirm”
  10. Kroger is sending an email to your personal account that you entered earlier. This takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
  11. Open the email that Kroger sent. Read the email and either click on the link or copy and paste into your browser
  12. Sign in: click on blue “Click here” button and then type in your email and password
  13. Under Kroger Community Rewards section at the bottom; click “Edit Kroger Community Rewards Information”
  14. Put in Kroger Plus Card Number ( if it says that this card has already been used, please call the number on the back)
  15. Click on Save Changes
  16. Input address information and click Save Changes
  17. Find your organization; type in your organization’s NPO number. 80707
  18. Click on organization name that you want. Please make sure that you click on the circle to the left of your organization so that it becomes highlighted
  19. Click on Save Changes         
  20. Scroll over the page and make sure all information is accurate.
  21. You are now registered!!!

 

Foodtown Register Tapes Reminder

It’s time to start sending in your Foodtown receipts dated September 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012 to school with your child for deposit in the school office. Thanks to the overwhelming participation in this program last year, TRE was able to turn in receipts and was able to obtain many useful and valuable items.

TRE would like to thank the Temperance and Lambertville Foodtown stores for their participation in this program. A special thanks also to everyone who sends in their receipts. By supporting this program you allow TRE to obtain valuable and important educational equipment and supplies! Thanks again!!!
