A Message From the Principal

Can you believe it?! Next week is our LAST week of school! We will be here for a full day on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be half days with dismissal at noon.

  •  Grade cards will be ready to access around June 14th on Infinite Campus.
  • Class lists will be available in August on Infinite Campus. Incoming Y5 and    Kindergarten students will learn of their child's teacher through snail mail around the same time.
  • Supply lists will be updated and on our website before we close out in June. Your child will also come home with one at the end of the year.

Farewell and Congratulations!

It's a bittersweet end of the year as we wish Kalah Gladieux (4th grade), Jessica Snyder (Exploratory), Laura Arnold (1st grade) and Cindy Heller (kitchen) all the best in their retirement at the end of this school year! We are so grateful for all the years we had with you here to enrich student's lives!

PBIS Assembly

A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Macke for putting on the best PBIS assemblies all year! Our last assembly featured Mr. Perry who spoke about being our Bedford Best (kind, respectful and responsible) for the rest of our lives, Plinko reward and raffle rewards. Our staff dressed in blow up costumes to compete in a foot race as students cheered on their beloved adults! This assembly was a great culmination of big tickets, Mule Bucks, School Store and students being their 'Bedford Best' by being kind, respectful and responsible throughout the year.

We thank everyone who was able to donate to our PBIS store or assemblies and will look forward to continuing the awesome Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports next year!

New signs being installedNEW SIGNAGE AROUND THE DISTRICT

You may notice some new signs being installed around our district. These new signs are meant to reinforce to district visitors that our grounds and facilities are closed to the general public when school is in session. This is not a new policy (9150 - SCHOOL VISITORS), however, we are stepping up our enforcement of these rules to help ensure the safety of students and staff. Anyone that has school related business during published school hours, is welcome to enter through each building's main entrance and check in as a visitor.

This same School Visitor Policy also addresses animals on our school grounds: “Except as set forth in District policy, canines brought on the premises by law enforcement personnel for law enforcement purposes, or in the case of "service animals" required for use by a person with a disability, no other animals may be on school premises at any time.”
