Ride 360 App IconNEW MOBILE APP AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES

“Where’s My Bus?” is now a separate mobile app you will need to download to follow route status for your students in real time.

The Traversa Ride 360 app is now active for families for bus route information and bus locations.

There are a few key features that are different from our previous provider.

INCREASED SECURITY & PRIVACY PROTECTION
Traversa Ride 360 is customized specifically for your student(s). To get started you will need the Student ID number.
(If you do not know your student’s ID number, and cannot find it in Infinite Campus, please call the school office during school hours.)

With Traversa Ride 360, your student’s information will only be visible to you and those you choose to share access with. You have the ability to share or remove access with anyone at any time within the app.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Ride 360 can send messages directly to your mobile device to proactively communicate with you—whether it is a 2 hour delay impacting the entire district or something affecting just your student’s specific bus route.

Detailed instructions on how to access and use the Traversa Ride 360 app
You can also use the “Where’s the Bus?” link from our website to access the instructions.

Questions about the app? Please call the Transportation Department at 734-850-6070.
