Collage of Above and Beyond HonoreesSTAFF RECOGNIZED WITH ABOVE & BEYOND AWARDS

Each school/department nominates award recipients and we are honored to have several honorees here at MRE!

A big congratulations goes out to Amanda Vickers and Tara Fraley for being chosen for the BPS Above and Beyond Award for the 1st quarter on behalf of MRE. Amanda Vickers and Tara Fraley have worked collaboratively to implement math workshop while navigating inclusive practices in the classroom. They are using space and materials creatively, as well as the use of personnel to best instruct students to increase learning.

Denise Miller and Elizabeth Hadley were chosen on behalf of the ISD/Special Education Team. Elizabeth has stepped into the role of teacher in one of our local-based special education classrooms. She has taken on this role with positivity and on-going commitment to the students in the classroom. Denise has taken on new responsibilities and continues to be present and positive in the midst of changes. Her dedication to students is evident.
