Assistance Available for Bedford Families

Bedford Public Schools is pleased to provide community assistance information for the benefit of our students and families.

FREE SCHOOL MEALS

As part of a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) program, BPS will continue to provide free school meals to children (breakfast and lunch) at no cost to the families for the 2021-22 school year.

Unless otherwise noted, mobile food pantries will:

• Not require you to register for the event.
• Give one food package to the first 150 households.
• Require you to provide ID showing Monroe County residency for every household that wishes to receive a free food package.

If you have a need that is not included here or in the Community Assistance Available to Bedford Families document linked above, please reach out to your school counselor or the Student Support Coordinator for your school. They may be able to help point you in the right direction.
